They contracted with a marketing company to get new customers by offering a package that included hair cut, color, waxing, etc.... When they found out I had a coupon they all but refused to set an appointment for me. I have tried to get an appointment for six months, but their story keeps changing. "we are short handed" or "we don't cut hair on Saturdays". It is horrible business practice. They say that they didn't know how the program was going to work, and that things were not explained to them. Too bad sweetheart, your name is front and center of this promotion, and you have would be customers who have spent a lot of money on naught. If you are trying to get new business, refusing to service people who have purchased your marketing promotion is NOT the way to do it. I hope your business falls flat on its ass.
