So I came here to get my eyebrows arched. Angela messed me up. I couldn't believe she thought that it looked good but they were messed up so I asked her to tint them because I thought it would hide how horrible she did me but that only made it worse. They were not evened up. Worst mistake I could have done. As you can see in the picture, it speaks for itself. This picture was taken as soon as I got in my car. So what you see is what I got.

Me and my coworkers had appointments on Thursday April 29. Get there 5 minutes to sign in and the lady asked who our appointment was with. We told her and she said let me call her. 15 minutes passes by then 30 minutes. Then at 1145 another lady came from the back to tell us that the receptionist called to reschedule our appointment. And she did not, but took my deposit for no service.

I hate leaving a negative review, especially for such nice people. They really are very, very nice. But I have to warn anyone who has thick, beautiful, middle eastern eyebrows: do NOT get your brows waxed here. My eyebrows have never been this thin or this uneven in my 28 years and I want to cry. I had such nice eyebrows before, and I asked the stylist several times to keep them as thick as possible and just clean them up. She then took half of my brows off and made one eyebrow shorter than the other by at least half an inch, right in the middle of my face where you can notice it most. I took a chance on them because the reviews were all so good. If you already have pencil thin eyebrows or need filling, then this is the place for you. They seem to do that well. But if you have nicely shaped, thick brows, don't risk it like I did. Now I just have to pray my brows grow back the way they once were. Sorry to leave a negative review, I feel bad because again they were so warm and friendly. But I just don’t want this to happen to anyone else in a similar situation.

I would like to say that I have experienced every service that Envy has to offer expect for getting my hair done. I’m a female who had then eyebrows and when I ended up with none I took a chance and went to envy . I have full lips and wanted my brows to look full and natural I must say each time I’ve went but seams if I walked in as a walk each one of the ladies did an excellent job. I recommend this place to anyone no brows, thin, or thick the ladies here are great at what they do. I have an appointment for the micro blading next week Thank you Envy, Mrs. French
