Each time I've been here just walking around checking out items they always ask if I need help finding anything. When I have question's I've always been assisted. Never had problems with empty shelves or rude employees. I have nothing but great things to say.

I told the associate the kind of product I needed and she immediately took me where the complete section is and she informed me of the products. Excellent help.

The staff was super nice and welcoming, and they had such a wonderful selection of everything. Store was very clean and organized, and overall it was an amazing experience.

This is by hands down the BEST Ulta I have been to... Baton Rouge and Houma Ulta's are smaller and the staff aren't as welcoming as the Ulta in Lafayette... as soon as we walked in the door they we offering help; very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable...great shopping experience....

This was the third time I went to this Ulta and the shelves were a wreck. The staff was not helpful, and they were out of stock in numerous items. I will not be going back. Highly disappointed!
