I wish there was a way to give zero stars and still review. The owner of this salon is one of the most unprofessional business women I have ever had the dis pleasure of dealing with. One of her stylist did a botch hair color job. While the stylist completely ignored & denied the fact of botching my hair and melting it off in places in which I gave the stylist the opportunity to fix what she had done wrong, only for it to be much worse after. When Christine the owner agreed that my hair was a disaster she offered to give partial reimbursement to right the situation. Unfortunately that was all smoke and mirrors. My bank called to inform me that Christine had put a stop payment on the reimbursement she promised to me. When I called to question her, she admitted to putting the stop payment on the check, told me she had nothing further to say to me and hung up. Right is right, wrong is wrong. This is bad business at its best. I'd save your time and money and go to a salon where not only the stylist rights wrongs, but where you can trust the owners intentions.
After spending over 13 hours in the stylist chair, giving her a the chance to fix what she did, being charged double what I normally paid without prior discussion, then in addition only to find out that the reimbursement was stopped and I had fees at my bank to cover at that point . . . $385 dollars later, I had to pay someone else to color correct my hair. I’m thankful I have hair on my head, and relieved that I will never do business with Christine or this stylist again.
