Cooling

The service was great, but in South Louisiana where the temps have been 100 plus, something needs to be done With the cooling in front entrance section where customers have to wait for there appointment. Put some tint on windows, provide ceiling fans throughout to circulate the air. The door is opened and closed alot throughout the day..Be considerate of employees and customers who come on regular basis. I will post a update to this matter, when something is done

Rolly is the best! He has been doing my weekly shampoo and blow dry, and I have followed him when he changed locations; he’s just that great! His knowledge and professional courtesy have always impressed me and I always walk out of the salon feeling fantastic! I just love the way my hair looks when he’s done! Thank you Rolly for always being so wonderful!

I've been going here for a few months and I have been completely satisfied with my haircut each time. "L" cuts my hair the way I want it. She takes care to make sure you get just the cut you want. I highly recommend "L" and this FANTASTIC SAM'S for your next haircare visit.

Bonnie is amazing and highly talented! I told her “I want to try something new” and she made me look amazing. I am in love with my new haircut and will be using pics of her work as a reference in the future when I get it cut.

Quick service but.. oddly didn’t get the shampoo with my haircut like scheduled. Not a big deal overall but worth mentioning. Happy with the haircut though.

I totally needed a haircut because my hair was getting too much to deal with. I was so happy to have Crystal do my hair again! She’s so nice and truly understands what it means to be someone who cares so much about the customer. She made me feel at home and treated me with respect and kindness which seems so hard to come by these days. I’ve never seen someone with such professionalism. I hope to see her again! Thanks Crystal!
