After using Jessie for a year and actually looking over her cancelling an hour before my appointment about the second or third time I went to her, she marked me as a "no show" for being 15 minutes late without even attempting to text to see if I was coming. After texting her to say I was on my way, she texted and said I would have to reschedule. This was the day before my anniversary so it made the inconvenience that much worse. She didn't just lose me as a client. Service like this comes back on you. I apologized for not respecting her time but no attempt was made on her part to recover my business. I take it she doesn't need it.

Amazing service, amazing atmosphere, amazing girls. Shelby is who I go to, and she is AMAZING, but any of these girls can make you leave with a beautiful head of hair and a smile on your face ❤️
