got to the salon for an appointment to get my hair cut...for the first time in almost 5 years . . . I had my 2 girls with me. We scheduled online the night before..confirmed appointments , and did everything we were supposed to do, and showed up 15 mins early. When I got there and was put into a chair I was informed that only 2/3 of us would be getting a haircut due to the fact that a stylist named Demetria said that "just because it says I'm free online doesn't mean I'm really free".... and when I asked if anyone else was available to do the other girl, I was told no. The salon was empty and there were five stylists just chilling there with the exception of Claudia who was the only one who was helpful and polite and apologetic. I will take my money elsewhere. All 3 of us left without hair cuts. A girls day we looked forward to forever was simply ruined. I will never go there again. In the future try to only accept appointments you intend on actually keeping. That is simply unprofessional and rude.
