Love the Ritz! Have been at the Salon for many years.

I really wanted to like the result and leave a good review because the atmosphere of the shop was so nice, but I just can't. I went to get my hair dyed silver and brought a picture along. I asked her not to leave any yellow tones and she kept insisting "You must be confusing yellow and blonde as the same thing." and I was like "Alright.... not blonde then." She continues to argue with me that blonde was, in fact, what I asked for. (it was not!!!!!) I left there with hideous yellow hair. Even worse is she "blended my roots". All that means is she took my unnoticable roots and made them much more obvious by dying them literally brown and extending that color down. I was so tired of arguing with this girl that I just gave up, paid, and left. Do not go there if you want anything besides blonde.
