The braids were loose and messy my real hair was not fully in the braids she was on the phone the whole time . The stylist refused to pay me my money back . Iâ€™m a hair braider myself and I know when and how braids are supposed to look . They were loose and hair in some areas was pulled into another braid . The stylist even tried to get me to keep those old looking braids she had just done that day in and do the front myself I will never go to another African salon again . Iâ€™m very unhappy about not getting my money and wasted my braiding hair and cab money never again

I have going here for over 10 years. The owner is friendly and works well with all types and lengths of hair. I highly recommend her.

Came to the salon. Owner was more concerned about my transportation. Then giving me service told me she was booked no openings though salon was COMPLETELY empty. I told her she had less than positive reviews and I be adding one. After locking the door in my face she had the time to reopen it to use foul language to address my statement. Then told me f*** y** as I was leaving. Any 5 stars she receives it on the days she must be interested in running a business.
