I so appreciate this salon and Heather Roy. Firstly, thank you for adapting along the way to changes in COVID to keep your staff and clients safe. My husband is immune compromised and it's such a relief to be able to have a hair appointment and feel safe doing so. Secondly, I'm so happy I found Heather right down the street after moving to Auburn. I'm not one for styling my hair so it's important for me to find someone who knows how to cut it so it will air dry well. Heather really knows what she's doing and is so sweet and easy to work with. I used to come get my hair done at The Beauty Bar by another girl there (followed her there) and then followed her when she left, but after maybe 3 visits at the new place I decided I had liked my experiences coming to The Beauty Bar much better! So I took a chance on a new girl and was extremely satisfied! Literally everything about my experience was fantastic! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Julia is always top notch with her services. She listens to her clients and always delivers with an amazing outcome. The salon is friendly, clean and welcoming. I never feel rushed and always have a pleasant and relaxing time getting refreshed. TBB always delivers a wonderful experience for my self care treatments.

I booked a gel manicure, upon arriving I realized the salon was not well equipped as I had dip on my nails. I let the technician know I did not feel she would be able to file the dip off, and was prepared to leave. The technician assured me she had a gel polish that would dissolve the nails off. It took an hour and a half to fully remove my nails, after scraping and breaking my nails. Then the technician spent 15 minutes painting my nails, at very poor quality. I was at the salon for 1hr45min. I was even more disappointed to learn they were charging me $72 for a gel manicure. $72 for two layers of nails polish is very overpriced. I was told this gel would last 3 weeks, it barely lasted 3 days. I called the salon asking for a refund, and learned the salon has a policy not to remove dip nails and the technician was new and made a mistake. The receptionist offered me a refund and said the manager would call me. I never received a call. I received a ‘text message’ two days later after calling again offering a credit. When asking again for refund I have received no response. This entire experience was unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone use this salon for nail services.

The Beauty Bar always feels like home. You're always greeted with warm smiles. The girls always work with you to make sure you get exactly what you want. From the quality of service to the quality of products, it's always a 10 and I always leave with a smile on my face.
