If i could give this experience negative stars i would. It was absolutely horrible. the girl had very little experience and completely butchered my hair. It wasn't anything like what I wanted, probably was one of the worst haircuts I've ever gotten. I've been growing out my hair for a very long time, I take extremely good care of it, my hair is like my baby. I get anxiety whenever I get my haircut. she could tell that I had a worried look on my face, but she didn't do anything about it. she kept cutting away, didn't talk to me, and didn't ask me any questions. I told her specifically I wanted it symmetrical which it was not at all and there were just chunks taken out of it... extremely do not recommend this girl she has snake bites and glasses. my hair was still wet when I left so I couldn't really tell or I would have had someone else fix it right then and there. But wait this is the best part when I went back to get it fixed they charged me EXTRA!! And it still wasn't what I wanted because they would have charged me even MORE ON TOP of what I already paid extra just to get it FIXED... I should have just asked for a refund and went somewhere else instead!! I will never be go back and will be telling people about this experience. However I've been here before and there's this really nice lady she's a mix with tan skin and dark hair she's very good but sadly she has carpal tunnel and I hope she gets better soon

If i could leave a lower rating, I would. I told the stylist who was named Bonnie how I wanted my hair cut. I told her where not to cut any shorter multiple times, because it had already been cut in those places and I didn't want it any shorter. She clearly didn't understand that no means no, despite being told multiple times, and did it anyway. I will not be going back and will be telling people about this ecperience.
