they apparently cannot or will not do all textures of hair. I was told i would get a call that i never got. I thought they taught how to do all types of hair in cosmetology school but these stylist are not equipped with such knowledge just gave me a fake smile and a promise to call

Natalie was amazing and I love my new color and cut! She made suggestions on what would look nice based on the shape of my face and everything. I couldn't be happier! My eyebrows also look much better too, haha. Thank you, Natalie and Hair Cuttery.

My sister just got her hair cut here and it was uneven and there was parts that were completely missed. On top of which there was still shampoo in her hair.

Absoluely horrible. Went there to hopefully get a relatively simple short pixie cut. Stylist decided to talk me out of it and it ended up asymmetrical, looked really bad. Went back to get it fixed ("Smile back guarantee") and they messed it up even more. I am never going back here again. RIP Edgewood Branch.

I get my hair done by Caitlin, she moved there from the Harford Mall and I followed. She has always been very kind and loves to be creative with hair styles and color. I have been getting lots of fun colors in my hair, and she is always super excited to be able to play around and make my hair a rainbow. Definitely recommend her!
