This was my first time having my hair cut at Ruby salon. The stylist Celine was super nice, did a great job, cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. The space was comfortable, modern but not cold. There was great natural lighting from the large windows. Will definitely go back there next time.

Brooke colored my hair and I love it. I had been to another salon and was not happy with the way it turned out. I definitely recommend Ruby’s and Brooke.

Not very professional. Worker lounging on couch in reception area with feet up in the air, not a welcoming sight. When asked to special order a product receptionist said she would and product would be in by the next day. NOT, no action, silence from Ruby Salon. Never go there is my advice

Upon my move to the Annapolis area I researched hair salons in the area that had favorable reviews. I thought I had found a gem when I read Ruby's website. Unfortunately, my experience was awful. My hairdresser Brooke made extremely poor choices in color and cut three times causing damage breakage and a mess right before my wedding, as I foolishly went back thinking I had spent so much money and it would get better . It only got worse. Her attitude became defensive as I cried about my destroyed hair. I decided enough was enough. I tried to meet with one of the managers Kelly. who spoke with me briefly on the phone but was always too busy to meet in person. She was abrupt and not willing or wanting to listen. She heard it all from the stylist. Another stylist consulted with me and validated what had happened and gave me reccomendations was going to correct the problems. He was professional. The manager Kelly called me the following day to tell me she would refund the money I paid refusing to do anything about correcting the problems. My experience was terrible. I have a wonderful new hairdresser now. It will take a long time. ( and money) to get my hair back to normal.
