We took our two children here for their first haircuts. Everyone was so nice and patient! Even though they were surprisingly well-behaved this time, I feel confident that even if we aren't as lucky next time, the staff here know what they are doing and can handle anything! They had cute little cars and trains for the kids to sit in and a TV playing cartoons. Great distractions for little ones while they're getting their cuts. Will definitely be returning when they need haircuts again!

After a long research I chose Pigtails and crewcuts for my toddler based on the good reviews it had and I must say I wasn’t disappointed. The place was clean, the staff was friendly and courteous and I really liked that I was taken on time and wasn’t made to wait. Based on the specific note I left online, manager Alyssa approached us. She was very friendly and patient with my son during the haircut and I must say I was very pleased with how the haircut went. She listened to everything we said and did exactly what we wanted and my son didn’t cry AT ALL, which was icing on the cake. Definitely going back again.

My family and I are so glad we found Pigtails and Crewcuts as it has helped relieve my worries about my kid’s experiences. (Especially my youngest being Autistic) From the moment we parked and finished, we were all so happy and satisfied. Not to mention the great customer service from both hairdressers and the awesome selection of cool trendy toys! Thank you!

Best place in Annapolis area to get your child's hair cut. They make it fun and do a great job. Reasonable prices.

This was my 16 month old sons first haircut. His stylist was Quinn and she was absolutely wonderful. My son remained very calm in her hands and was more curious than fearful the whole time. He absolutely loved sitting in the train car and his cut is amazing! Will definitely be back and will definitely recommend!
