I asked them to dye my hair silver and I understood that my sides wouldn’t take it that much.... my top part had more blonde but my whole hair did not take the silver it was like a dull gray with a dull golden yellow. I asked them before they began to do my hair if it’s all going to be 60$ it ended up being 174$ cuz they trynna charge me with two toner when it didn’t take my car then pressure me to try to buy a damn shampooo. I got them to take one of the toner off but I will be getting my money back because I haven’t washed my hair and everyday it’s getting more golden. It doesn’t look right so I will be calling them tomorrow and get them to either fix it or give me a refund. They clearly do not know how to do hair. I don’t appreciate this foolery.

Gigi is the best hands down!!! She is wonderful with all types of hair but especially my type which is course but fine at the same time. I'm biracial woman and not everyone can do my hair texture and I really appreciate her work ethic and professionalism.

worse experience ever thay dont know how to cut they messed up my hair so bad now i have to wait until my hair grow to get them fixed

Went to this location around 7pm ish and was patient with the hair cutter while she was doing a dye job on another customer and employee was more concerned about the other customer than my hair cut and beard trim. I was not satisfied with my service and had to got a difference shop to fix it.

This place is awful. Husband has shoulder-length curly hair, walked in to have his hair trimmed. The lady that was there seemed nice, so we decided to wait about half an hour. We should have just run for the hills when we saw the client she was working on when we came in - her cut looked awful. Anyways, once the husband sat in the chair she asked if he would like a wash as well. Excuse me, if you think anyone's hair can be cut dry - you are not a real stylist because you can't see mistakes on dry hair. Anyways, the worst was yet to come when she started telling my husband and I that he was going bold and that he needed to have it all shaved off (no indication he is going bold, by the way, has a head full of hear and no bold spots). She would not let it go. She kept saying that he probably noticed how much thinner his hair had gotten since he was a kid, his response -no, not really. Again, the lady would not give up. She said - well maybe you noticed when you take a shower that you have some hair falling. Well, there is honestly more of my hair in there than that of my husband's. Anyways, for the next half hour she kept insisting and convincing how he was going bold!!! You tell me - would any of you want to walk out feeling like crap after getting your hair done? Because MasterCuts of Annapolis will do it for you if that's what you want. They will make sure that you feel small, ugly and unhealthy after visiting them. Needless to say, we believe that this place knows nothing about customer service. If there is nothing else you can think of to talk about, it if always better to just be silent and put on some music than making sure your client feels like crap. I just couldn't believe my ears when I heard her go on and on and on about it. I would have just walked out, but did not want the husband to be with different length hair all over. When the horror was over, his hair didn't even look great. She did not clean his long strands on the back of his neck, so I guess we will be finishing her job for her at home. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.
