Went two days in a row to have my sons haircut into a Mohawk and the first time was told by Chakia "I don't know how to do that" and was then scheduled for the next day with ,Christine,someone who supposedly does. Got there today and it was quite apparent when I walked in to be told she hadn't gotten there yet but she has an appt in 15 mins that she most likely wouldn't be showing up so I can't fault her for that(management should have been on top of that once they realized who I was coming to see)However I can fault them for knowing she wasn't coming and then just letting me sit there. Then I start hearing whispers about why she isnt there and no one knows how to cut a Mohawk or "hasn't done them in awhile" Then referring me somewhere else which should have been done when I first walked in coupled with an apology. Should've never giving them another chance after they burned my scalp a few years ago:(
