I would absolutely not recommend this place or Kailey for a cut at all. I made an appointment with someone named Bethany because she had good reviews online. When I got there, she wasn't even there and I saw Kailey. I was so confused. I gave her pretty specific instructions and even told her what size clippers to use. Not only was the cut uneven (I don't know how you cut at different lengths with clippers) and I had to fix it myself when I got home, but the top was cut so short to the part in a straight line down the center of my head that it won't lay flat. The cut is uneven, not blended well or at all in places, and not what I asked for. The military gives better cuts! Thank God my hair grows fast and I can get it fixed somewhere by next weekend. When I called, the girl explained that Bethany wasn't working that day so I saw Kailey. I told her it would have been nice for someone to tell me so I could reschedule and that I would not be returning. She said in a very bubbly voice, "ok," indicating that she could not care less. Wow. I'll be posting this experience everywhere I can so no one makes the same mistake I did!

My girl Jamie takes excellent care of me!! She is always on time with her appointments and I love my hair after every visit. They also have great hair product options and offers. I like how open the salon is and you aren't overwhelmed with any harsh chemical smells, good ventilation.

Such a horrible experience with the stylist, SAMI. She did not listen to what I wanted, the cut was a chop job, shorter on one side. Over one ear there was almost like a bald spot. I've been wearing a baseball cap for a week now, it's that bad! Waiting for manager to call me. Another stylist had to try and fix it. This is the first time I have ever written a bad review!!

My hair was in sad, sad shape when I walked in. Holly gave me the most amazing layered, youthful-looking haircut. I have very fine hair so layering it is challenging, but she did a great job. My hair is defined now, and has style and body. Also, Holly works fast and precise, which I appreciate. Will definitely be coming back.

I was heading to pick up contacts and saw bubbles next to americas best, never been there but needed a trim. Best service! Walk in cut was hardly a wait (also daytime). Very cute saloon! Judith cut my hair and did an amazing job! Def worth a stop into bubbles! I'll return :)
