I have nothing but positive experiences with Kaylie, she is an excellent knowledge with what best for hair type and she is great for color and cut. The customer service has been great, they always doing their best to scheduling my appointments to best accommodate my busy schedule.

Horrific I went here for a color and a cut. I was here from 9:30 am and never got out until 3 pm. I kept hearing how wonderful Alexander was going to make me look. Starting with a 70$ consult fee at the end that no one told me about. ( what stylist doesn't sit with you a Minute and ask what you want? Well Alexander charges for that, 70$ to be exact. Upon complaint it was reversed) by the time the owner added all his pricing for how wonderful I was going to look, from a shampoo treatment $$$ to coloring the bill ended up being 570$ when I was told 235$ over the phone ( or something very close to that price I can't remember now) My hair looked good, but his trickery in adding to the bill for just a wash color and cut was very deceiving.

The wig woman specialist named Hope is terrible! Incompetent and rude. I can't believe the horrible attitude and customer service. The rest of this salon is wonderful but you know what they say about one bad apple. I recommend replacing this woman!
