I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted. She pretended to look at the picture for reference and shushed me TWICE when I asked if she was gonna do my hair like the picture because it sure didn't look that way. Long story short, I asked for cornrows in the front with individuals in the back. She tried instead to give me two rows of cornrows which looked HIDEOUS. I made her redo the back with individual braids but it still didn't matter because she didn't bother to make the front of my hair look like the picture either. She was mad that I made her replace the cornrows in the back saying that I should have told her that from the beginning. What was the picture for?! Now only a week into my style, one of my cornrows is lifting in the front due to breakage because she made them too tight. Overall horrible experience. Do not go there.

First I would like to start off by saying I got my faux locks done here 3 weeks ago and I love the way they came out but unfortunately just after days of them being in they started to come unraveled when I called the shop to let them know they told me that was normal for them to come unraveled then just a few days after that they started falling out I was highly disappointed after paying $200 to get them installed although when I called they said I could come back to the shop to get them fixed I thought why would I want to go back not to mention my head swelled up after I first got them done from being so tight so with that being said I will taking them out only having them for 3 weeks and go somewhere else to get them installed properly not sure how good they do braids but I suggest DO NOT GO THERE FOR FAUX LOCS very disappointed

This place is really terrible. It's barely a real salon. And it's DISGUSTING. They are very unsanitary and need to be reported. I'm sure none of the workers have licenses. They charge a lot for their terrible customer service and poor service. Don't go to this shady spot. Also they're rude asf! When I was on the phone this lady was yelling in my ear to her friend across the room. I had the worst hair experience I've ever had in my life.
