My wife always comes here to get her hair done. She only let's one person touch her hair and her name is Holly. Ask for Holly when you want your hair to actually look better than ever. Holly delivers the best service and follow-through.

Well-lit. Lots of different popular makeup lines. Salon service in the back. Can try on before you buy most items. Plenty of parking.

I go to this ulta more than any other because itâ€™s the closest location to my house but I have to say the way the staff acts is pretty embarrassing. Almost every time I go nobody asks me if I need help with anything and they donâ€™t ask me if I want to use my points to save me on my purchase like they once did way back when. The other day a friend and I were looking around and swatching some products, not causing any disturbance or being destructive, and an older employee passed us and stopped to demand â€œwhat are you looking forâ€ in an almost offended sounding tone. We both replied that we were just looking around and she proceeded to go find a coworker nearby, bring her over to the fixture we were looking at, physically insert herself in between us and the fixture to point out that they needed a tester or two right where we were looking. She remained standing there talking to her coworker so we could no longer look at those products. I didnâ€™t even bring a purse in with me so there was no way she suspected us of stealing or anything like that. But we got the message. You obviously donâ€™t want us spending our money there cause thatâ€™s no way to act towards a client. I was extremely offended that she found it necessary to act out when we werenâ€™t doing anything remotely rude or harmful. I work at another beauty retailer and I would NEVER treat any client in such a way. Needless to say I no longer want to support their crappy service when I can find the products elsewhere. Just be wary of this location Iâ€™ve never had this problem at another ulta store.

Not a good experience. They gave a coupon to my wife for a free hair cut and when she took my daughter there they charged her full price even thought she spoke to the hair designer over the phone and told her details about the coupon.Never going back again
