This is the nearest Ulta Beauty to my home and really the only one I like. The associates are friendly and the store is always clean and tidy. The store is pretty much in the cut, so a lot of people don't know it's there which is good for local shoppers.

I asked for an Ulta gift card for Christmas this year which I now regret doing because of the way I was treated at this location. As soon as I walked in was greeted with very lack luster "Hello's" and in no time had an employee AND security guard stalking me like vultures!!!!! I remained in the NYX section which is right by the door and in plain sight which is why I felt I was being targeted and followed for being a young black woman minding her business. Never again will I shop there and I would NOT recommend anyone shop at this location...PERIOD.

The Shea Moisture and Philosophy perfume is not well stocked. Things are missing or picked over and depleted. The service is not consistent. One is willing to help (perfume) and the other sighs.(makeup)

Yikes. I usually love ulta! And love defending them against Sephora haha. This location is nice, very convenient with free parking nearby. I never had a problem until I recently bought a product that was clearly past its shelf life. That alone wouldn’t have been sooooo bad if when I went back the esthetician hadn’t tried to convince me it was normal for the dark brown pencil I bought to be gray. Sigh.
