I love the monthly specials and now the complimentary facials are a great touch as well but nothing beats how great they make your hair feel especially being natural.

When I entered there was no one at the front counter. When I peeped around the corner someone finally came up. I asked the price for a wash and blowout and was told $65. The stylist didn't greet me when I sat in her chair. She continued to talk to other ladies in the shop. She asked if I wanted curly or straight and I replied curly. At checkout I was given a price of $85. I questioned this price as I was told $65 at check-in. She said it's $10 for curly and the price is $65 and up. I argued this price, but they claim people usually know this. I explained this salon is new to area and I wasn't told about uncharted and you don't have a price list. How should I know your prices. Needless to say I won't be back!!!! Horrible customer service and they lie about prices. I went to the new location in Upper Marlboro, M.D. I couldn't find a website for the new location so I posted here.

This is horrible. I'm sure this gave me heat damage when I was 8 and I'm 10 now and my original curl pattern is gone, it's getting better but I want me really tight curls back. I try to ignore it but I can't. I hate this salon. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone. If you have curly black hair I wouldn't recommend going here.

This salons name has changed to Glamour Dominican salon I wonder why. I went here not knowing the salon had changed management. Anyway I left with a burn on my forehead and my hair falling out like never before. I asked for my money back but no response.
