Excellent customer service! Bree did my daughter's cornrow/ twists and did a wonderful job! She was patient and very helpful with giving me tips on how to keep my daughter's hair healthy in between visits. I will definitely use her services again!

It took me over a week to write this review because I really didn’t want to be rude and I’m not that type of person to complain. But I have truly never been more disappointed in my hair and embarrassed to walk around with it. Attached is the picture I gave for reference and I came home with orange hair, spots missing color, the face framing highlights are BARELY there and they are uneven. I nicely called the store explaining I wasn’t very happy and asked if there was anything they could do like fix it and they told me to come back in a few weeks and I’d have to pay over another couple hundred for them to fix it. When I already paid close to $400 for this to be done. I can’t even believe their manager wouldn’t try to make it right so at this point a review is being left. Do NOT waste your money here. They never told me my color would take more than a session OR look this orange OR that there’d be spots literally missing the color on the back of my head. Otherwise I’d say never mind let’s do something else. My hair is botched and my money went down the drain. I am actually embarrassed to walk around like this.

I came in today, Marilyn did amazing on my hair. I had an bad experience at my last salon and decided to come to Bubbles. I was nervous to try someone new. But now I would be coming back. Thank you Marilyn for hooking me up 😘😘

I must say after reading these reviews it was hard for me to comprehend some of the reviews. Granted…. I had not been in the salon for over two years. But I must say that I had a consultation with Bri about me box dying my hair. I did call originally and was told that I needed a consultation before scheduling to be serviced. I APPRECIATED how she took the time to listen to what I want as well as provide me with options. The amount of education that she had was impressive. To have a stylist who was not chasing dollars not actually considered the health of my hair as the main factor! BRAVO!!

I’ve had my hair colored here 3 times and have always left extremely happy with the results. Bree and the other stylists are amazing and professional, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the work has always been great. I knew I was in good hands the first time I went when Bree fixed my post-lockdown hair I had done myself at home and was blown away by the beautiful blonde coloring and perfect cut. Every time I’ve gone since has been consistently wonderful which is why I’ll continue to come back ☺️
