I've been here many times before for a simple wash, cut, & blow-dry and had a great experience. A few months ago I made the decision to get highlights done in my hair and came here. I liked them for a the most part but she could've gone farther into the roots. The second time I went to get my highlights refreshed it was the same thing. They could've gone a little farther towards my roots, but I liked my hair. Every time I have had a different stylist and this evening I went back for another refresh on my highlights... but this time I'm really disappointed. The highlights are uneven, and she definitely did not go into my roots far enough - this time it was far more noticeable to ignore. I feel like I shouldn't have had to pay for this considering how disappointing it turned out. Not sure if there's the possibility of getting a refund but I didn't realize how uneven it was until I got home :( Attaching pictures below...

Excellent customer service! They are very busy but that is because they have a good reputation and client base. We tried our luck walking in , we could have been squeezed in later in the day but decided on making an appointment for the following day. Once you find your stylist you click with personality wise, you will understand the reason so many are returning customers. I personally was comfortable enough to give my stylist her free choice as she is the artist in my eyes. She did amazing! All of the stylists are down to earth and have wonderful insight on what is popular, would go with your face, etc. It's an overall wonderful experience 😀

I’ve never had a better experience with a hair cut in my life. Landon is the best and made me feel very welcome and pampered! Definitely recommend getting an appointment with him.

Highly recommend Landon! I booked a last minute appointment for a cut and walked out feeling beautiful! He cut & shaped up my hair exactly as I had hoped. After trying a couple of local places in the past year and having been dissatisfied, it is comforting to find a place that listens, has the expertise and a clean, comfortable, upbeat environment. I'll continue to go back to Landon for all future haircuts!

My wife scheduled a blowout/style for my 12-year-old daughter. The advertised price was about $35 with the selected stylist. When they arrived, the hairstylist said it would be $70 instead (knowing my daughter's school event was in 2 hours and they didn't have time to go anywhere else). This wasn't a cut or formal style. She wanted a wash, blow dry, and simple/loose curls... they demanded $70 dollars. We will not return to this (or any other) Hair Cuttery again. Run, don't walk, somewhere else.
