I went to get my hair cut by Hailey, who had cut my hair once before. She did not do a terrible job so I trusted her with cutting my hair again. However, this time was terrible. She cut my hair way too short, and razor cut my hair which thinned out my already thin hair even more. The cut was choppy and un-even and did not look anything like I asked. I tried to wait it out and see if I could style my hair in a way that would make me happy with this cut, but it has now been 5 weeks and I still am not happy. I am going to have to wait out this bad hair cut with low self confidence. I contacted Avenue West via email asking to speak with a manager, it has been about 2 weeks and I still have not heard anything from a manager. If you want high quality from stylists who actually care about the service they are performing and management that cares, I do not recommend going to Avenue West.
