I have been a client of Hair Cuttery for more than a decade, frequenting many locations. I have always been treated well and I have received many good haircuts, which is why I always come back. I stopped by this particular Hair Cuttery tonight by true Divine Providence. I had plans to meet my folks at BoneFish Grill (which was beyond excellent) but they were running late as always. I pulled into the parking lot, saw the Hair Cuttery and decided to “kill two birds with one stone”. I admit, I am the worst kind of client. I know what I want but I am most often unable to communicate it. What I can easily communicate are my fears and what I don’t want, but that is usually of no use to any stylist...I desperately needed a change in my look. Not only was I understood, my expectations were far beyond exceeded when Caitlin “took my case”. With a little conversation, true sincerity and absolute skill, she understood me and gave me the best cut I’ve had in more than a decade! I promise I say that with no exaggeration. As long as Caitlin is there, I will make the trek from Rockville to Frederick to be her client! On another note, it’s the largest Hair Cuttery I’ve ever seen and I was told they have 27 stylists! I hope they are all just as amazing as Caitlin!!! It’s an incredible stop, all the way around. Being from a retail background, “completely satisfied” means a very great deal to me. So, thank you Caitlin, I am completely satisfied!

Open until 7pm on Sunday's.........doors locked and nobody inside at 6:05pm. Great job @haircuttery for wasting my time!

Fei Fei is awesome. I used to spend $80-$100 at local salons for a cut from Paul Mitchell trained stylists...Fei Fei is just as skilled for less then a third of the price. My hair is thick and not for the amateur, after many awful, tear-worthy haircuts, I know when I spot talent haha. This place has a low rating, but their is talent there if you know who to go to.

I went to go get my hair done for a wedding and I showed the lady they gave me what I wanted done with my hair and kept telling me it wasn't going to work. We finally had aagreed with something and it was NOT AT ALL WHAT I WANTED. She did what she wanted to do with my hair. I asked for a simple of curls and braid some parts of my hair. The braids were not visible, she did a terrible high volume bum on the top of my head that was lump sided, did a curl bun that I told her I didn't want and put an excessive amount of hair spray. She later asked me if I like it and I told her ehhh with a not so satisfied face and she decided not to even ask what she could fix and walked me over to the register. I was so unsatisfied I went home cried. Took it all out and redid my own hair!

This place is horrible. I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted, and it was NOT AT ALL WHAT I WANTED. The hair was too short and bangs were too long and, well, weren't even bangs! 10/10 don't recommend going here, unless you're really desperate.
