Salon manager was recently fired for not finding hairstylist to work in the salon, by a specific time, by JCPenneys store manager. Who is new. She was expected to do advertising and search on her own, outrageous! This salon is basically hidden in the back of the store, low traffic area, except for people coming and going to a parking area. There are other salons out in the mall with high traffic. Do you realize that alot of people don't even know there is a salon in JCPenneys? Not exactly a hairstylist dream job if they need clients to earn money. This young lady is a great stylist and very customer friendly, she really tried to hire more stylist, while working full time as a stylist and manager duties. She should have at least been offered a stylist job and the store manager could have hired a new salon manager, if she could find one.
