The service was excellent. Since the moment I walked in everyone was welcoming. My stylist was Kym and I got a Ouidad cut. If you have curly hair GO SEE HER. She was amazing. She listened, understood the concerns I had about my hair, and explained everything to great detail. You will not regret it. Thank you for your great service.

Christie is absolutely amazing. She listens to what I want and if I have no idea she makes recommendations that are perfect. I have been going to Salon Red for 7 years and it's the best decision I made. Everyone is so warm, welcoming and friendly. Well worth the time and money.

I'd like to start by saying I don't totally hate how my hair turned out at all. The color is nice, and the stylist clearly knows how to apply color so that blends and it looks natural. However, how it turned out looks NOTHING (seriously, I mean NOTHING) like what I asked for. I even showed the stylist a photo of what I wanted, and I still got nothing close to it. She was very nice, as was the rest of the staff. It's just frustrating because I don't get my hair done often, and I haven't had my hair colored in about 4 years. I just started a new job a few months back and decided I'd finally treat myself to a nice color. I asked for a balayage look so I would not have to worry about upkeep. I have naturally dark brown hair, and I wanted pretty caramel ends. I walked out with all-over caramel highlights that go all the way to my roots and ends that really aren't colored much at all. Again, it's nice, but it's not what I asked for, and it's something that is going to require upkeep, which is exactly what I wanted to avoid. I cried as soon as I got in my car because I spent hundreds of dollars and about three hours at the salon just to get something I didn't want.
