Went there yesterday and loved it! I don’t usually get my hair cut often because my past experiences have let me down and now I don’t trust anyone with my hair. They never knew how to handle my hair and/or cut it (it’s very thick, long, and course) so it ended up looking awful at the end. It’s been two years since I cut my hair and finally decided to try Bubbles out. I’m always skeptical about new places and do lots of research and look at all the reviews I can find. Although this place didn’t have a 5 star rating, I took my chances and I’m so glad I did! I made the appointment for 6:15, showed up 15 min early. She was running 15 min behind, but not a big deal only because she seemed like she was really taking her time on the previous client and I would want the same. I got Bridget and she was amazing!! As soon as I sat down in her chair I felt welcomed. I really had no idea what to do with my hair so I gave a general idea and asked for suggestions. She gave a good recommendation and kept my wants in mind (keep my hair as long as possible, cut off the dead ends, blend the layers together). She gave a great mini head massage while washing my hair and it felt amazing. The end result is fantastic and I couldn’t be happier! I can honestly say that this is the first time in my life where I’ve actually been happy with my hair cut. Just made an appointment with her on Sat to get my balayage done. Thank you Bridget! I highly recommend her!

I had an appointment for a special occasion at this local. The lady called me to confirm my appointment the day before. When I got there the next day they told me that I was schedule for a different day and time. I was so upset. She didn't even try to help me.They made me waste my time.

I had a good experience. The staff was friendly and my stylist did a great job. I only got a wash and trim so I can't comment on higher level services but I plan to visit again.

My granddaughter is of mixed races and has very thick hair....Dionne did a SUPERB Job straightening her hair!!...we had gone to other places....Dionne is awesome!..So glad we found Dionne....and my granddaughter was very happy!
