Unfortunate experience a while ago and hadn't been back at all until today. Ive been butchering my own hair and decided to roll the dice and see if it was a 1 time fluke so I didn't have to wear my hat 24/7. I want to take this time to thank Sharee for being amazing at her job because it is more than just cutting hair and getting paid. I enjoyed talking with her. She is always a delight and does a great job. Thank you. I'll be back!

I read some of the reviews for this place and thought, "Yeah well, its a box haircutting place, an occasional bad haircut is the risk you run for the convenience and price" I'm glad I wasn't phased by those one or two negative comments. My stylist was Tiffani and wow, did she do a great job! She took time to understand the look I was going for and didn't rush the haircut like it seems stylists sometimes do. She gave me a razor cut and intuitively knew how to cut my hair so that it would lay right. I have curly hair and multiple cowlicks in the front and she addressed those issues with her technique. This experience was a pleasant surprise. I will patronize this establishment for my next haircut.

As usual, the service was GREAT!!!! Sheree is the best. I will always be a regular customer. I highly recommend Great Clips in Waynesboro Pa.

Asked for a hard part fade and half an inch off the top and came home without a hard part, fade was terrible, and 4 inches off of the top

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GO HOME CRYING. Went here for a hair cut below my shoulders and a few layers.. ended up with hair above my shoulders and layers look like two separate hair cuts. I look like I have a mullet and bowl cut all in one. After returning and asking for it to be fixed, another lady attempted to try to fix the mess the other lady made. (who was very rude and fingers smelled like she just used the bathroom and didnt wash her hands, i wanted to throw up the enire time). Although she tried, I basically was told there wasnt much she could do because it was so messed up. Now im stuck with a terrible haircut for quite some time that i did not even receive my money back for. Worst experience i have ever had in my entire life. Do not go here. 1 star was generous, i would havw gave 0 if i could.
