Didn't get what I wanted twice and Denise Stevens should stop writing fake reviews for her friends/discount...Some ppl just need to mind their own business and allow other ppl to express their opinions just as she did hers. She might have had great experiences but ppl get different styles, services & stylists and therefore have different opinions on the this salon and are entitled to review/rate their experience based on their opinion.

I didn't hate it, but I didn't love it either. I was 15 minutes early for my appointment, but still had to wait almost an hour before being seen. Everyone was chattin a way, but didn't seem to bother with me after being seated. I wasn't offered a drink til my hair was almost done. NO MILITARY DISCOUNTS, & services are not applied to your Aveda privilege account. It's ok if you're looking for a No Frills kinda place, but it definitely wasn't what I was used to. They also didn't obey to the the Aveda CONCEPT, bottled water? Seriously? I was genuinely excited to make this my salon because of the great reviews.

LOVE HALO!! Have been going there since it opened. Loved Sheena - always the best - and now Love Denise!! Best hairstylist ever! Staff is extremely friendly and professional. Go to Halo to be treated like family!
