IF YOUR HAIR IS OF AFRICAN AMERICAN NATURAL TEXTURE DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO TOUCH YOUR HAIR!!! I went in on March 10, 2018 just to wash my beautiful natural curly hair. The stylist asked if I wanted a mayonnaise and olive oil treatment. She said "Mommy it will be good for your hair" that sneaky lying chick put a chemical in my hair. She damaged my natural beautiful curls, I explained I was completely natural for 3 years and she ruined it. I discover this today March 30, 2018 when I went to my regular stylist and a horrible SMELL was coming from my hair as she shampoo it and then she asked me why did I get my hair relaxed. I was in tears that this establishment would lie about specializing in Natural hair and they don't. What they should have said is they do not specialize in African American (AA) natural texture. BEWARE IF YOU HAVE AA NATURAL TEXTURE HAIR. As I am writing this message I am in tears hopefully my hair will come back but right now it feels as if it is on fire still. It has that chemical smell even after shampoo. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

My experience was great! Please donâ€™t let the negative reviews discourage you from coming here! I went in needing a full head of extensions removed and my hair washed and blow dried. There were two beautiful ladies who worked on my hair. I donâ€™t remember their names but they were very professional. My extensions were gently removed, my hair was properly detangled, and I received a GREAT deep conditioning. I was under the dryer for a reasonable amount of time, styled, and out the way! It was raining so the stylist wrapped my hair for me and gave me a shower cap. I am all natural and my hair is NOT heat damaged. For the services I received, the price was great. I will definitely be coming again and would encourage anyone to give them a try! The salon is beautiful and the stylists are very kind!

I took my 12 year old daughter after removing braids. We were able to walk in which was nice. The salon was clean and quiet. We were washed and deep conditioned right away! Well worth the price. Very kid-friendly!

Reflexion's Motto is that they specialize in natural hair. Imagine my horror when realizing that this salon and its' irresponsible employees put a chemical in my hair and proclaimed that I asked for it. Can you imagine carrying on a conversation with a stylist about how you love your natural curls all while she is washing and/or conditioning your hair with an unknown chemical product. This practice is insulting... demeaning... and despicable. Clients and parents please watch for all products and practices used on your hair during your entire hair service from the washbowl to the style. Reporting this to the manager did not work... I will continue to share this story with local news, the BBB, and other outlets. Do not put your hair or your health in jeopardy by patronizing this salon.

I didn't want to believe the negative post. So I tried it for myself. Most of the staff were friendly. I got a very nice color. Unfortunately overpriced for the service.
