Walked in for an appointment and was told to come back in an hour. Was told the same thing when I went back after an hour. Would have been happy to take an appointment in the first place if the staff would have recommended. Waste of time. Unfriendly staff. Used to go there all the time and they used to have very good staff. Not anymore.

Called earlier in the day to make an appointment so I could be done without waiting and the lady said I could just walk in, I won't need one and when I got there I was told it'd be 30mins so I waited 45mins and they hadn't gotten through even one person yet

If I can give zero , would give zero . Very bad experience on call, they wouldn't book your appointment and hang up on you.

Absurdly awful!!! My first and LAST experience - Went there with my two small children to get their hair cut. One stylist told me she'd be right with me and disappeared. So then, in a salon...completely void of customers, I sat waiting for service for over 20 minutes while another stylist browsed her cell phone looking bored. I got up to walk out and THEN the bored stylist steps up to say she'd help. Eventually the MIA stylists shows back up and without an apology, laughs like nothing is wrong and proceeds to do a terrible job with my baby's hair. Please shut yourself down and allow a more competent salon to be placed there.
