Kristen is absolutely wonderful! She always takes the time to really listen to me and understand exactly what I'm asking for, and she always delivers. I really just can't recommend her enough. Do yourself a favor and go see her - You won't regret it!

I recently got my hair dyed for the first time ever and worked with stylist Katie. She was absolutely wonderful!! I was very nervous to do it, but she was patient with me and very thoughtful about picking the color. I couldn't be happier with her work! I will definitely be a regular customer of hers and highly recommend her. She was great and I'm so happy with the results! Thank you, Katie!!!

I will not be returning to this location. I booked several appointments with a stylist and my first appointment with her went great. The following appointments not so much. She charged me higher prices and I felt like it was just not worth it. I made sure to book all of appointments ahead of time. My second appointment, she kept looking at the clock religiously as she cut my hair. That did not make me feel valued at a customer but instead, a burden. The third and last appointment I will ever book, she was 10 minutes late as I was the first customer of the day. She asked me if I was busy or had anything to do at the time, I said no and didn't think anything of it. But lo and behold it was because she DOUBLE-BOOKED the appointment. Literally rotated cutting my hair and another clients. This was very time consuming and spent close to an hour and half just for a simple cut and blow dry. This is so SELFISH but get your money honey because you will never receive another dime from me. Not having focus on one client will take away quality of the cut no matter how good you think you are. I was ripped off and will never come back here.

Pheobe is amazing. She knows exactly what to do and what will look good on me. I trust her with my eyes closed. And she makes the whole process amazing makes me feel special.
