Such a wonderful experience. Cleanliness and awesome customer service. The front desk always greets me with a smile and directs me to my stylist! Symmetry Salon alone gets 5 stars but my stylist Lay deserves her own seperate stars! She has been my hairstylist for YEARS and she is nothing but the BEST I have experienced in this area. Shes always professional, kind, has trending ideas for my hair and how to maintain it until my next visit! Highly recommended!

Same superb stylist in a fresh, attractive, and convenient new setting! I followed my long-time (and wonderful in every way) stylist, Nancy Engler, to this new salon in Rockville. It's very conveniently located near the Twinbrook Metro station, right next to a large and easy-to-navigate parking garage that offers two hours of free parking. The salon has a modern, cool vibe with very friendly, attentive staff, not to mention terrific shampoo and conditioning products that I've never seen anywhere else before. Nancy's room is bright, clean, and comfortable, and she has a capable, cosmetology-trained assistant on hand for shampoos, complimentary beverages, appointment scheduling, payment, and other tasks. I found the whole experience to be extremely pleasant, relaxing, and satisfying. I've been to many stylists and salons over the years. My hair is not easy to cut and style and my standards are high, but once I found Nancy, my haircut problems were over! I can't recommend her highly enough for people of all ages and hair types--she's a master of cut, color, and style, and she's dedicated, reliable, professional, and delightful as well.
