I am so happy! Geri at the Taunton Street Great Clips did my hair the other day and it came out a awesome! My hair never comes out this this good. If you go, try to get to get Geri, you won’t be disappointed! She’s friendly funny and nice too. I’m definitely going back! Thank you thank you thank you Great Cuts!

The quote "you get what you pay for" really applies here. I went in for a angled bob which I realize isn't easy. The first person did a horrible job on the back but the sides were OK. I called a few days later asking the manager to fix my hair and she told me she was going to be there until 12:45 PM. I got there at 11:45 AM and she was gone! I was told that she waited for me ( I know right?!) And that was that. So I asked the girl that was there if SHE could fix it. I only needed the back lined up and blended. She was very kind but she chopped SO MUCH HAIR OFF! I now have a bowl cut. (Picture Willy wonka in the newest movie. Pretty awful right?) Now my hair is so short even on the top back of my hair I can barely get it to stay down. Half the time I have a few hairs sticking up like alfalfa. I'm mortified and dont want to leave my home. The girls are very kind and I'm not entirely upset with them as much as I am with the manager. I will NEVER go back. I do not recommend this place if you have a "complicated" haircut. Like I said you get what you pay for. I paid for a full hair cut and tipped $9 the first cut and $6 the second because I was trying to be kind. Total disappointment.

1 star for the 2 employees they have working there. Everytime I try to go there there's 4-5 people waiting and only 2 employees. Ever thought of hiring more? You have what 10 chairs? I go here because it used to be fast. Debating switching to somewhere else. I can't wait an hour before I even get in the chair.

The level of unprofessionalism with the management is absolutely absurd. Abysmal. It's a headache to even deal with them. Cheap haircuts... because the cuts are horrible.

Girl totally butchered my hair. It was completely uneven, looked like I let a teenager cut it, and I cut it short so after she did the damage there was absolutely nothing I could do to fix it. Guess I'll be wearing hats for a while. Not to mention when I first came in, she was sitting down on her phone and it took her a good five minutes to notice me even though I was only about 6 feet away from her. Really, really not happy. 17 dollars to destroy my hair.
