I had my hair cut at Regis Salon today and was completely satisfied with the whole experience. My stylist was Amanda. She was professional, personable and made me feel comfortable. My cut was amazing. I highly recommend this salon.

Horrible customer service! One person selling tickets and running the consession stand. Going back and forth. The manager had attitude when I brought it to her attention. Only 1 staff and 1 manager running the theater. So if you plan to buy a ticket and snacks show up 45 minutes before the movie.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Staff member Maise looked at staff member Cody and laughed while mocking my 17 yr old daughter as she was making a purchase; maybe because she paid with a $100 bill? Who knows? The staff is ALWAYS RUDE here! When my other two daughters went in, all staff members huddled together, practically interigating her as to why she was there, clearly intending on making her uncomfortable. When my daughter asked for names, Maise was very hesitant to give hers as she ignored my daughter’s requests. I called Janet, the Manager, who claimed to have no knowledge of the event. When my daughter explained what happened and expressed that she felt all of the staff was rude, Janet, the MANAGER, LAUGHED AT HER!!!! Don’t support “women” who behave like junior high bullies in a little click. Unbelievable. 👎

This is the only place that myself and my daughter go to get our hair done. Ive never experienced any of the issues the other reviews have stated. The place is usually busy and its best to make an appointment because if a stylist has a scheduled appointment coming up then they cannot take a walk in right before it. Most of my appointments last atleast an hour, and thats just for a wash cut and blow dry.
