Terrible customer service by the receptionist, and horrendous cut by a new young stylist.
I think the stylist was in her twenties. They said she was new in August 2018. She's didn't listen at all, and she clearly doesn't understand very basic hair concepts.
When I called to complain to the management (seriously, it was so bad), the receptionist was instantly rude, saying, "I know who you are! You called an hour ago!" She thought I was some sales person even though I tried several times to tell her who I was. I was still in the parking lot when I called, so I just walked in the door while still in the phone with her to prove who I was. She was embarrassed, as she should be, but then tried fibbing about it to save face in front of the other customers.
I'm giving two instead of three stars because there's a nice stylist there who kindly did her very best to fix the horrible mess the younger woman made, and gave me a coupon for a free cut in the future.
I may return there because the price is good, and I can simply ask for a different stylist, but other customers, be warned. I will update my review if things seem better in the future.
