Natalie is awesome! After only going to higher priced salons since relocating to Western, MA. I stumbled upon this place after my original location forgot to place me in my scheduled slot. She is great with the cut, I love the tea tree oil hot towel treatment and you cannot beat the price! Very friendly service and super kind on the wallet.

The hairdresser I ended up with was obviously in a rush-- my fault for not walking out right when I noticed that. I came in with shoulder length hair, and asked for subtle layers in the back. The cut took about 5 minutes, and now I have a sloppy chin length bob! It's a nightmare. The "layers" are just random short clumps. This is going to take a long time to grow out. She asked how she could fix it, and I said there's no way to put the hair back on, so no. If I let her "fix" it, I probably would've walked out of there with a sloppy pixie cut. Yikes.

The staff here was friendly and I thought the salon itself was clean and professional. However, I am extremely dissatisfied with the cut I received. I got a bob with long layers and overall I'd say it looks okay but in the back, there are about 3 random chunks that are 2ish inches shorter than the rest of the cut. It was difficult to capture in the photo but when I look at the back of my head in the mirror, all I can see are these random short chunks sticking out. This might explain why she did not have me look at the back of my head with a mirror when she finished. Unfortunately, I will have to wear my hair pulled back until my appointment next week with a different salon that can hopefully do something to help make this look less ridiculous in the back.

The worst haircut I have ever received bar none. It's like she had too much coffee or way too nervous - point being she had extremely shaky hands and I ended up leaving frustrated after asking her to correct a bunch of stuff... that never got fixed.

I should have gave them 0 star if I could. I walked in nobody welcomed me. they put me under the hand of a trainee to cut my hair. She did terrible job. another barber walked in just looks like came out of the whorehouse. on top of that, they should call themselves super price hair cut . absolutely terrible service and I will not get back to this place again.
