I've never been more unimpressed by a salon without stepping foot in it. I tried calling the salon to schedule an appointment several times without a call back. When I finally found one of the technicians numbers online I felt like I had to hound her into scheduling an appointment (it took her between 5-12 hours to answer me with each text) and when I finally had an appointment she texted me to cancel it an hour before hand. She asked when I was available next and when I answered she never responded. She also texted me the wrong address to the salon...Needless to say I won't try to go here again. You only get one chance to make a first impression.

Jessica did a amazing job on my hair!! I got a color and a cut. My hair wasn't a easy project at all. She made my hair look so good and natural which is what I was after.

My daughter wanted to try tranquility salon so she made an appointment with Ashly. Her appointment was at 10:30 and Ashly showed up about 15 minutes late, she said she had to put air in her tire.....okay, it happens. My daughter showed her a pic of EXACTLY what she wanted. The highlight came out okay, but the haircut was nothing even close. My daughter told her it needed layers and thinning,( and she's the customer) so Ashly proceeded to try to fix it. My daughter being a little shy didn't say anymore. At the register I looked at her hair and told Ashly it was NOT what she wanted. So she sat my daughter back down and tried to fix it while dry. I had to stop her because she was making it worse and I knew my daughter was going to freak,because now we have to find someone who can fix it, and it'll only get shorter. So 3 hours later She wanted 90 dollars and I told her we were not paying that, so she charged us for the color which was 75 which was NOT done right either. My daughter wanted subltle highlights, she took big sections. I wouldn't recommend a bald person to go there!!!!!! Here is a pic of what she wanted and what she got! BTW shes been crying since. They don't even deserve 1 star but I had to put it so I could post!
