I'm so surprised by all these bad reviews! I have been coming to this salon for about 8 years and I have never been anything but satisfied!!! I have a stylist that I prefer to go to, but I have had to go to some of the other stylists if she is busy or off that particular day and they have all been phenomenal. They are so patient and willing to listen to what you really want done to your hair. Smart Style is a diamond in the rough, you would not expect to find these types of quality stylists inside of a Wal Mart salon, but they are great!

I'm flabbergasted at the poor customer service!! My father-in-law is a USMC Veteran (always wears his baseball cap), in his mid-70's, and visibly disabled. He went in to get his hair cut here and they did an ok job. When he went to pay, he asked if there was a Veteran or Senior discount and he was told that yes there were both available, but one would have to ask prior to the service being performed, no exceptions. It does not state this policy anywhere and as a customer service professional myself, I can't say I see a difference as to when this is brought up. They could tell just by looking at him (which I say in the nicest possible way with the most amount of love).

This place is the trashiest I have been too. When I came here the lady who worked here messed up my sides and shredded up my hair. She apologized for the cut who apologizes for a bad cut. You need to at least have put it on the house. But that is not enough. She needs to be retaught on evening hairlines and fixing sides. Never coming back here. You know what I will grow my hair for 4 years.

Should have read the review...miserable hair cut. Hairstylist was a complete and utter moron. She destroyed my hair never he even apologized, personality of a sloth..Ms....I will leave it at that. Don't go they royally suck ass.

The day of my hair cut and color, I was pleased. The color was beautiful and I was happy with the cut. I did not shampoo my hair for 5 days after the color treatment, as I wanted to ensure it didn't wash out. I bought expensive sulfate-free shampoo. I washed in cold water. I did everything the stylist told me to do, but after one washing the color is so faded, and grays showing, that I will need re-do the color. I have never had this happen before, and I have been coloring my hair for years. I don't know if an error was made, or sub-par product used, but I will not be back.
