The WORST hair salon in existence. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! TRUST ME! Where do I even begin? My hair has been damaged beyond belief from this place and I got it done from them nearly a year ago...they FRIED my healthy hair. I asked for a subtle caramel balayage in my very dark and very long brown hair. What I got was the biggest hair nightmare of all time. Not even exaggerating. The stylist was not listening at all to what I was telling her I wanted in my hair, and showing her pictures, instead just looked as if she was done getting high. Completely out of it. I almost left then and really wish I did. She does my hair in huge chunks of brittle looking, tacky, literally YELLOW "highlights"...I went back in the following day since I was there past the closing time. All the employees acted as if I were crazy for being upset! They offer to fix it (not very nicely) and spend about 4 hours doing so. Or attempting to do so. The manager is so incredibly rude and made me feel like I was the biggest inconvenience. She made my hair even worse!!!!! Yup the biggest nightmare of all time. When I finally left I looked like a skunk with black hair and white and gray highlights from being dyed over so many times. Long story short I had to cut off all of my hair it was that bad. Couldn't even be brushed through it was so dead. The most traumatic hair experience of my life. And I've had my fair share of them.
