I have been here twice now and had great experiences. I was counseled on what would work best with my hair and it came out great. Everyone is very friendly and it's a fun atmosphere. They have great products for sale and I love the one they recommended to me. 5 stars.

Yessica is great ,does a great job. I'm very picky who cuts my hair. I drive far she's worth it.cleans her tools more then anyone I have been to in the past keeps her cutters sharp. Nothing worse then some one that rushes and tears out your hair because they don't sharpen there tools. I also like I can just walk in and sit down and she works her magic without me telling her how I want it ..great memory.

I asked very specifically for a red ombrÃ© and the woman dyed my hair a dark purplish blue that was not gradient at all but showed a line instead of an ombrÃ©. It was over $230!!! Granted I have long and thick hair but still I was very unhappy and even told her it was not the result I wanted. She then tried convincing me that it was red and not the purple/blue! I went home and hated it then came back the next day telling them I wanted someone to redo it, and I had to wait two weeks!!!! Then when I did go back, she had another customer come in early for an appointment and told me (after she took out the purple dye) that she didn't have time to redye my hair so I had to wait another half week to get my red. Then came the time for her to dye my hair red ombrÃ©. She dyed it brown, a ombrÃ© this time, but still not red at all! It barely even had red in it! It was like a dark brick color and not red!! I'm very disappointed, asked for a partial refund and they refused. Horrible service, color blind or bad color mixers as hairdressers or really hairruiners. Waste of my time and money.
