I have been going to Dally's Hair Salon since it was "The Haircuttery" and I have never once received anything less than exceptional service. I have had my hair done by everyone who works at the salon, including Dally, and can say that all the girls are exceptional hair stylist. I usually go in and have a cut and color. I have very thick, curly hair which is usually difficult for stylist to manage. The girls at the salon have always been able to work well with it and they show me how to style it on my own. I always leave the salon confident that I will be able to create the same style at home because of the great cut. The color of my hair can also be very tricky. The salon I went to previously to Dally's was never able to highlight my hair without it turning orange or even pinkish blonde. For some reason my hair would never lift easily. I went into Dally's and learned that it wasn't my hair that was the problem, it was my previous hair stylist. The girls at Dally's have never "messed up" the color of my hair. I always love my highlights and get plenty of compliments on them. I look forward to going to the salon to chat with the girls and relax from my somewhat hectic everyday life. The stylist at Dally's are passionate, efficient and extremely talented women who care about their clients. I will never again go to another salon and have my hair done.

After a thorough consult with Dally, the owner, of this salon, I booked an appontment. My hair needed a double process as it pulls orange and red, and I am a cool tone person. I was assured at my consult, Dally could indeed do a double process. At my appointment, I was, yet agin, told she could lift it to cool tones by single process color. She applied color and hi-light at the same time, set timer and never checked the processing. Needless to say, it came up warm. While lighting in the salon is poor at best, I said it was okay and remained to be seen. She also cut my hair. They offer free eyebrow wax for first time clients. I am so unhappy..$190.00 total plus tip. I am disabled and was in great pain when I left her with tip. She burned my eyebrow. My Dr. and a prof. Stylist both say the wax was too hot. Dally insists this is not so or both eyes would have been burnt. During color app. she got color on eye that was burnt. Upon goin to salon to discuss a re-imbursement for color,[I was more than happt to have her keep the $$ for cut and tip] I was met with condescending, laughing. Also told my color was that of photo we agreed upon, Cameron Diaz, nothing like, being orange, red and gold. My highlights never lifted evenly and are varying shades of yellow and gold. She offered to "fix" my hair, but who would feel comfortable in that situation? I stopped payment on the check for $90.00 and am taking her to sm. claims as its going to cost over $200. to correct, I am told by 3 different stylists. Before you go here, I hope you read this and also, the $50./ 45 minute cut took 10 mins. Best Regards, Kerri Ruane-Hasak
