Great haircuts at excellent prices but there is always a wait and it is usually a long wait - even for people who try to schedule an appointment in advance by phone.

I needed to have my grown out long hair shortened a few inches. I logged an appointment on line before leaving the house. They took me ahead of the estimated time, were pleasant, fast, efficient and I got exactly what I was hoping for.

I wish I could share the picture of the complete mess my hair is in. Not only is my hair completely butchered but the woman who did it (who I'm pretty sure was a manager), did not say one word to me the whole time. Too bad you can't get a hair refund...
