First time going. Nice friendly atmosphere. Very professional. Got a haircut from Meg. Very short just like I wanted. I love it! Will definitely be going again.

SO disappointed. layer does not mean hack. awful, awful haircut last week - returned to have it fixed - got out pruners/thinning shears - now it's short/long/straggly. very bad. chopped off my curls - I look like Bert from Bert and Ernie. too late/short for a fix - now I have to wait for it to grow and go to a real hairstylist. hide. Maybe should have had another stylist, but wow did I get screwed.

I have been a customer at this location for many years and have always found it to be a pleasant experience. My stylist Leigh, who is also the Manager, is extremely knowledgeable and a great role model for her team. I am always very satisfied with the services I get from Leigh and have recommended many of my friends who are now clients.

Got a great color done. The girl's are all perfectionist and toned down my hair before they'd let me leave when thou I thought it looked ok. I've gotten so many compliments on how great it looks. Just wish she didn't straighten my hair as it's not what I usually do and told her several times I rarely even blow dry my hair.
