The Clip Shop is an amazing place: the stylists have been working together for a long time and their clients are loyal because they have developed a personal connection with their stylist and know that they can count on exceptional service. The atmosphere is filled with casual conversation: stylist to client, client to client, and stylist to stylist. The stylists care deeply about the business and keep it moving along seamlessly even when the owners are not in town. And when the owners--Carlos and Vasso--are there, they dive in and help with whatever needs to be done: from folding towels, to sweeping the floor, to washing and cutting hair. The entire staff of the Clip Shop works together to create a welcoming environment and a positive experience for women, men, and children alike.

First time here and will never go again! Had a bunch of waxing scheduled, arrived on time and got checked in, but wound up waiting for 20 minutes before I got up and asked the gal at the front desk when I would be seen. She told me it would be soon and then I waited for another 20 minutes before Jolene, the person who was supposed to be waxing me, came out to tell me it would be another 10 minutes or so because she had someone else in the waxing room. I let her know how long I had been waiting, and she never made any sort of effort to apologize for the delay, she acted very entitled and rude. She confirmed what I had scheduled and didn't have that right, then really cranked up the attitude when she realized how much I had scheduled (full arms, full legs, eyebrows, upper lip). I realize that is a lot but when I scheduled the appointment no one mentioned anything about it being a problem. It was at this point that I exclaimed that I would be taking my business elsewhere, and left. During the entire time I waited I was basically ignored, and was never offered anything to drink, whereas their regulars were. I'm not a demanding person and understand waiting up to 15 minutes for a salon appointment, but this was a very bad experience and I wasn't about to spend my hard earned money there.
