UNTRUSTWORTHY AND DISHONEST

The owner was not forthcoming and honest when I spoke with her about coming to her studio. I had told her that I was interested in coming to her studio for a specific brand of hair color, and I also asked if she would wear a mask. Since she agreed to wear a mask, and she offered the hair color I wanted, so I became her client and had seen her three times. She did not follow through on both areas. Two days before my last appointment, she told me she had been planning for quite awhile (since before she took me on as a client) to transition out of my hair color and would no longer be offering it. She also told me she was not going to wear a mask. When she took me on as a client, she knew she was going to transition out of my hair color and not wear masks, but did not tell me! I had my birthday the next week... She left me hanging in a BIG way. Her treatment of me was very unprofessional. Warning: she is not trustworthy and is unprofessional in handling important issues. Stay away!

Just got my hair done by Stephanie. Had a henna color and cut. She did a FANTASTIC job! Very knowledgeable and helpful on decisions. Extremely skilled and efficient. Super sweet as well. Will definitely be going back!

I have very curly hair and always dreaded getting haircuts until Stephanie. Now I look forward to getting my cuts! She is amazing! She does a dry cut, and really takes the time to cut each curl the way it wants to go. And all the girls there are so friendly and nice. I love it there. And recommend it to anyone who has curly hair!

I literally love Steph so much! I got my first haircut since the start of the pandemic with her and she was so sweet and funny, she gave me amazing recommendations and gave me a beautiful haircut! The view of Troy is also amazing!!

This is my first haircut since moving to Troy, and I couldn't be happier with it! I booked an appointment with Audrey online and knew as soon as I walked into the salon that I had made the right decision. Audrey is kind, funny, and made me feel super safe about cutting almost 5 inches off of my hair. I'm always especially nervous about trying new hairdressers because I have really fine and curly hair, but Audrey's definitely a master of dry curly cuts. Highly, HIGHLY recommend trying this place out.

Stephanie has been using Henna on my hair now for a couple of years. I absolutely love the color when I leave and throughout. Highly recommend Karma for any and all colors without harsh chemicals. Very nice young women running the studio. Absolutely a wonderful place to get healthy color to your hair!!!!
