New stylist Ashely just joined the Salon CC crew from her individual studio "Smashing, Darling". I came into her studio to get a cut and balayage. I was completely unhappy with color results and her attitude/professionalism when letting her know. She was very unprofessional and had an attitude. Her comments included "its just hair" which shocked me since that is her profession.

I got a gel manicure and pedicure last week by Kelsey after purchasing a Groupon. She was very sweet but the atmosphere was not what I expected. The didn't have actual pedicure chairs, instead they filled up a "pedi bath" which is essentially a basin full of water and used that for the pedicures while you are sitting on an elevated bench with some pillows. I also didn't notice her using a clean nail file/clean tools which should have been a red flag. My toes did come out nice so I don't want to complain about that and they have lasted me a week so far, I'm hoping to get at least a month out of them. But as I am getting my pedicure done, a mouse came scurrying across the salon and everyone just pretends like it didn't just happen. From a sanitary aspect, I was not happy with the salon at all. I then go over to the station to get a gel manicure. It was nothing special but got the job done. I loved the color and was hoping they would last me a few weeks as they should and have when done by other salons. By day 2, the polish was already peeling off my nail on a few of my fingers. I called and they had me come in to get it fixed, which I did and was grateful they were willing to do so free of charge. It's only been a few days since getting my nails fixed and only 3 have polish left on them. I have never left a review for any place before but I am extremely disappointed with the outcome.

Barbara was amazing ! I came with my sister for a manicure and pedicure. We love our nails! We'll be back for sure!

Very unprofessional treatment. I got a Groupon for a gel manicure, made a 4:00 pm appt that day because I had some holiday events. I was running behind in Friday afternoon traffic on Lowell St, by the mall, so I called the owner to let her know. Had trouble finding the salon, which is in an office building with no signage. As I was parking at 4:08, the owner called to say the manicurist had errands to do and couldn't wait. I was shocked! I told her that I was there and had called ahead, but she blamed me. She rescheduled for the next day at 2:00. I called her Saturday morning and canceled. Spoke to her about the unprofessional treatment and asked for a refund. She put all the blame on me again. I would never go there. Wow.
