Have never had an issue at this location. Best Ulta store in the area other than the one in Colonie. More hair color products available here than I have EVER seen in any other Ultas. Was disappointed that a specific fragrance online said it was in stock here when it was not, but one of the associates working up front was very apologetic that it was not in stock and offered me a free shipping coupon to purchase it online. Very friendly and helpful which I appreciated a ton!!

This is my go to Ulta. They began carrying Buttah Skin products so I no longer need to have them shipped. The lovely associate Jasmine (sp) was so helpful and checked to see if my perfume was in stock. It wasn't 😩. She offered me a coupon to have it shipped. Such a pleasant person!

Only half my order was in my bag. When I drove an hr back to get the rest of my stuff I paid for. I was told how I’m lucky they kept it behind the line and didn’t put it back and it was a really hectic day for them that’s why it wasn’t bagged very snotty when all I said was idk know how half my stuff didn’t make it into a bag. Not a sorry but a I'm lucky the stuff I paid for wasn’t put back on the shelf.

1/7/2023 update: went back again, not exact same experience but pretty similar. Cashier couldn't of seemed any more interested in anything I was saying, seemed she was having perhaps an off day. Clean, organized ulta. Staff member asked if we needed any help, so that was nice! However when we went (ocober 2nd around afternoon time) to go check out, the woman at the register was nose deep into her cell phone scrolling, felt a little/very unprofessional to have cell phones on the floor unless for emergency... She was nice enough but didn't apologize while the line was building up while she was playing on her phone. She also HYPED up the birthday gift for October, I was expecting something huge and great. It was an olaplex sample, so its cool but was expecting something way bigger and better. I kept trying to make conversation with her about the October gift and she kept kind of ignoring it / seemed like a sales pitch almost but with a one way stress. Just felt uncomfortable, truthfully But non the less, clean Ulta, organized, would go again truthfully.

Usually it’s so nice to come here and usually the cashiers are nice but today a girl with black hair and tan skin complication was super rude when cashing out when I had my niece with me. She acted as if she dislikes children and kept giving me dirty looks on top of assumed I was paying with cash and got frustrated when she had to push the cancel button not to mention gave me half my order. When I went for order pickup she was too busy on her phone and I was standing there for 10 mins with my niece. This is why y’all need to stop just hiring anyone just because they have a pretty face because she had a snippy attitude like I wasn’t gonna give her that in return. Now I will be taking my business elsewhere
